To book your wedding/event, we need at least 2 months notice.
In order to secure services and reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required and considered your compliance with this contract. This deposit goes toward your wedding flowers, but is non- refundable should you cancel for any reason at any time.
Half of the total (less the deposit) is due FOUR WEEKS BEFORE the wedding. Balance is paid in full TWO WEEKS BEFORE the wedding.
We accept cash, checks or money orders payable to VIP FLORAL DESIGNS,$35.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
We will do our best to accommodate your changing needs. Any additions/changes made with 72 hours of the event may be subjected to an additional charge depending upon the availability of the item. If the date of your event changes, we may not be able to accommodate you depending upon prior commitments.
In the event you need to cancel your event, we require 30 day notice. Any cancellation after this time will result in a 50% charge of the original contract amount. If there are extenuating circumstances please advise us. If the flowers are for your wedding, cancellations will only be accepted in person by the bride or groom. Out of town customers will be responsible to notify us in writing, by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide all the flowers agreed upon in time for your event. The flowers and colors will be of the types specified in the estimate barring any unforeseen event. In which case, flowers of the same colors and a similar type will be substituted.
Any order taken for a product on the vipfloraldesigns.com site is based on the assumption that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale beforehand. Consequently, when you order on-line you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the fact that your agreement to the contents of these terms and conditions does not require your handwritten signature.
